I received a tracking number, but never received my order.Updated 2 years ago

• For UPS, visit UPS My Choice to change the address, date, time, and location of delivery.
• For FedEx, call 1 (800) 463-3339 and say "change address" when prompted, or sign up for FedEx Delivery Manager.
• For USPS, call 1 (800) 275-8777 and press 3 when prompted, or visit www.USPS.com, select Track and Manage, and then Manage Your Mail.
• For DHL, contact DHL eCommerce Customer Support.

It seems like your order may have been lost in transit, i.e. the shipping status is not delivered.

If you purchase shipping insurance, you can file a claim here.

However, claims must be filed within 1 month of the order being shipped. We do not offer refunds for orders lost in transit. We will reship your order or issue a store credit.
