What is your address change policy?Updated a year ago
We do not offer address changes after purchase, however, once you receive your tracking number you can contact your mail carrier and see if they are able to reroute your package (not guaranteed).
- For UPS, visit UPS My Choice to change the address, date, time and location of delivery.
- For FedEx, call 1 (800) 463-3339 and say "change address" when prompted, or sign up for FedEx Delivery Manager.
- For USPS, call 1 (800) 275-8777 and press 3 when prompted, or visit www.USPS.com, select Track and Manage, and then Manage Your Mail.
- For DHL, contact DHL eCommerce Customer Support.
