What is your lost/missing/stolen package policy?Updated 2 years ago

  • For UPS, visit UPS My Choice to change the address, date, time and location of delivery. 
  • For FedEx, call 1 (800) 463-3339 and say "change address" when prompted, or sign up for FedEx Delivery Manager.
  • For USPS, call 1 (800) 275-8777 and press 3 when prompted, or visit, select Track and Manage, and then Manage Your Mail. 
  • For DHL, contact DHL eCommerce Customer Support.

If you purchased shipping protection insurance, we will mail you a replacement of the product if it is in stock and if not we will issue you a store credit.
